INTERMETALLIC GROUP Surface Alloys not a Coating

TDZ-Alloy® Technical Datasheet

TDZ-Alloy® is a zinc thermally diffused technology that provides a

metallurgical bonded alloy to the threaded surface to protect it
from wear, corrosion, hydrogen stress cracking and H2S exposure.

TD-Alloy Thickness 12-18µms minimum inside the threads

ASTM A1059 Fe/Zn, API 20E, API 5CT, NACE-

Industry Designations TM-0177, (Replaces Copper plating in
threads)
