REPORT:-
This A-Form has been prepared for the convertion the type of outlet from APM to O.F on the request of the Share-holders. The Seven days
Hydraulic data of the outlet observed. As per Hydraulic data it is found that the outlet have less woring head i.e. 0.68' which is less than the
M.M.H, i.e. 0.77'. So the outlet is considered as Non-Modular . And then calculation the average discharge of the above mentioned outlet is 0.51
Cs against the 0.70 Cs, which is designed discharge of the outlet. So by considering the above calculations the outlet is taking 28% less discharge
than its authorized discharge. Hence the application based on facts. And for the redressal of grievances of the share-holders of the outlet, it is
proposed/recommended that the type of outlet may change fromAPM to O.F as per proposed data.

REPORT:-
The tail of Nihal Singhwala minor was curtailed from R.D. 30450 to R.D. 24000 during the year 2001. the area of 30450/T.L and
30450/F has been transferred to tail R.D. 9696/T.L and R.D. 9696/T.F of the Lakhnewala minor. The tail front i.e. 24000/T.F of Nihal
Singhwala minor has been adjusted according to designed data, where the tail right i.e. 24000/T.R is still A.P.M at site. So it is
necessary to adjust the tail right as open flume according to uniform gauge 0.7 in Gujrat Division UJC. Hence the necessity for
approval of this A-Form arises.
