2. JOB OBJECTIVE
To develop and set-up the needed processes, tools, methods and principles aimed at efficiently managing
the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing of HR transformation projects, in
order to support the optimal and successful achievement of transformation objectives.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Description
Project Initiation and Planning
 Collect and manage any relevant data on project scope and CS entity, and build a data repository to
provide access to all required resources throughout the project lifecycle.
 Define HR transformation project scope, objectives, deliverables, broad timelines, high level
requirements and methodology, in order to have a full and clear understanding of expectations and
project purposes.
 Define project governance by identifying project roles, establishing responsibilities and accountabilities,
and aligning on nature and frequency of interactions, in order to ensure effective control and decision
making throughout the lifecycle of the project in line with HRT governance framework
 Develop a detailed project schedule and plan to organize and breakdown the project execution by
tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
 Analyze workload, determine role work-days equivalent on tasks and determine resource requirements
in order to ensure right capabilities and resources to execute the project.
 Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation plans to limit / mitigate their impact on the
project.
 Outline project tracking plan and develop monitoring tools to ensure the project is progressing as
planned, identify nonconformities at early stages and implement prompt corrective actions accordingly.
 Lead the development of associated plans such as change/communication and knowledge transfer
plans with the support of the corresponding specialists.
Project Execution and Control
 Continuously monitor and track project performance against the key project control elements such as
schedule, resources, quality, assumptions, risks, and issues in order to identify any nonconformity and
assess the need for action.
 Align team members and stakeholders on project progress, past, current and future project activities in
order to keep them informed and engaged, flag any concerns and/or risks to proactively manage their
impact on the project, and highlight any required actions from team members/ stakeholders.

 Formalize the closing of the project by having project outputs approved by the CS entity project
management team and ensuring they are capable of taking over the responsibility of managing /
implementing project outputs, in order to achieve a successful handover.
 Seek CS entity project management team and project stakeholder feedback on project performance,
through managing surveys, in order to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
 Analyze and document insights on project experience, and derive lessons learned to review
performance, improve HRT capabilities and enhance future projects efficiency.

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS


Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR Management, or any relevant field.

Minimum Experience:
 5 years of experience in Consulting, Transformation Management, Project Management or any relevant
field.
