PRIVATE COMPANIES

Dear Respondent,
I am Sofina Tri Annisa, a student of UiTM Shah Alam. I am in the middle of doing
my final academic project entitled “Enhancing Environmental Performance in Malaysian
Private Companies" as part of the requirement to fulfil my Research Project (OSM) course.
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between green human resource
management and environmental performance. Moreover, this study also examines the
mediating role of green organizational culture and employee green behaviour in the
relationship between green human resource management and environmental performance.
