The Information Lab Aug 2021 - Current

Consulting Data Analyst - Full-time

Four months of full-time training in advanced data analysis using Tableau and Alteryx from
world-renowned coaches (Andy Kriebel and Carl Allchin.) This training was followed by consulting
engagements with a large number of clients across a range of industries including finance,
professional services and insurance. As part of this programme I developed a high level of
presentation and communication skills.

The Vanguard Group (Wealth Management) July 2022 - Current

Data Specialist - Contract

Sole Tableau expert and Tableau development lead for the IT Analytics Team within the Chief Data
Analytics Office.

● Created two suites of dashboards that serve over 750 Vanguard teams across IT. Registered
over 15,000 views and 125 unique daily users within Vanguard IT to date.
● Advised on data structure, strategy and management working closely with RDS and SQL
engineers to automate data sources into over 20 existing Tableau dashboards.
● Requirement gathering for current and future projects to develop a medium to long-term
data strategy, frequently engaging with high-level stakeholders up to MD-1 level.
● Led Tableau adoption and utilisation within IT Analytics. Developed and delivered a series of
advanced Tableau training sessions, also offering mentoring and 1-1 coaching to accelerate
learning of team members.

The Boston Consulting Group (Professional Services) Feb 2022 - July 2022
Tableau and Alteryx Consultant - Contract

Tableau and Visualisation expert in the newly-formed North America People Analytics team. The
team serves to create dashboards to be widely used across the North American Leadership team to
advise future diversity and inclusion policy.

● Created a suite of ten dashboards to provide a comprehensive overview of Diversity and

Inclusion across BCG. These dashboards were used frequently in high-level meetings to
inform policy.
 ● Co-created a 1,200 tool Alteryx workflow to clean and manage data import to aid a
future-proofed, dynamic Tableau environment.
● Executed advanced Tableau projects for external BCG teams in a quick and timely manner
with minimal context.
● Provided daily ad-hoc help to team members and designed and delivered Tableau
enablement sessions.

PricewaterhouseCoopers (Professional Services) Oct 2021 - Feb 2022

Analytics Specialist - Contract

Tableau and Alteryx consultant within the Data and Analytics department of Deals.

● Reconstructing the data stream for PwC’s human resource data. Advanced Alteryx workflow
leaning on advanced macros and Alteryx app features to automate a process which
previously took over ten hours a month of a Director time.
● Advanced Alteryx projects for external PwC teams automating processes, calling APIs and
creating Apps to be hosted on the Alteryx Gallery to be used by managers and team leads.
● Monitored and serviced the Deals Tableau environment.
