Living a life as a teenager is tougher than everyone expecting it to be.

They are surrounded by


tons of unfinished assignments, short term of due date, and others. That is why teenagers in this
generation cannot enjoy their moments as a teen.

Teenagers often do variety ways to keep them relax such as doing fun activities and others. For
instance, they can take a walk at the park in the evening to relax their mind after an exhausting
day of school. Psychologist says that taking a walk will make someone feel better and can heal
themselves indirectly.

While taking a walk, they can enjoy the breathtaking view of the park while hearing the birds
chirping. This way can boost their happiness to heal their stress throughout the tough day. Apart
form that, the fresh air will effectively distress their mind. This is the form of relaxation that
teenagers enjoy the most as they can have their own free time to solve their problems right away.

Teenagers will be stressed if they do not have any time for themselves. They also will be easily
distracted when doing their works. Besides that, teenagers should have more focus on
themselves so their mental health always in care. These days, some teenagers tend to do self
harm to release their stress. They will think that by hurting themselves is the best way to solve
their problems. When teenagers do not relax, they also can get anxiety or panic attack.

To be concluded, there are so many other ways for teenagers to relax themselves not only the
reason that are stated in the paragraph above. Teenagers should not feel heavy on themselves
for being tired of life as they still can control their problems by relaxing. In the end, they have to
find ways to be relaxed and continue their life everyday without worrying about their problems.
