STEPS TO ACTIVATE THE LEARNERS’

MICROSOFT 365 ACCOUNT

1. Open google.com in your address bar. Sign in your school email (schoolid@deped.gov.ph)

4. Open the Learner Credentials

5. Open the Learner Credentials using (schoolid.deped.gov.ph)


6. This page will open containing two (2) files. Download the file by ticking this download option.

7. Check your download folder.


8. List of learners account in excel format for activation.

9. Open office.com in your address bar to activate learners account one by one. Enter the learner’s email
and temporary
10. Enter the Current Password (learner’s temporary password) and new password (password you assigned
to the learner.

11. Set the recovery email (use school email or the school ICT coordinator DepEd email).

12. Check the verification code sent to your recovery email. (Please keep this recovery email open throughout
the activation process for easy access of codes sent).
