 Rent cars with an application called GetPony ; it is available in Google Play and App Store; in
Romanian and in English
 they are operating in Cluj-Napoca and Bucarest: the two biggest city in Romania
 using the application is actually very simple: you only have to log in with your phone number,
adding your Driving License and the ID Card by scanning it. You will have a personal profile
where you can add and change your information
 payments can be done by VISA and Maestro

 You have the opportunity to drive a car, which is the nearest to you. If you want to drive
spontaneously for example, just open the App and search a car on the map. After using it you
don’t need to bring the car back – leave it anywhere (in the area you are allowed to drive), in a

 Innovative idea: it wasn’t really a new idea, but the founder saw the possibility to create a
similar business in Romania which exists already in other countries but not here, for example
… DriveNow și car2go.
 competitive advantage: simplicity thanks the application you have to use, since 2017 you can
also use car sharing with a application called BCR eGo which is a electric car sharing service in
Bucharest – they also have the car BMW i3: the advantage compared to that is that everybody
can use GetPony and that there are more different cars and in general more cars offered, they
only have 20 cars and just in the capital>BCR eGo is only for bcr clients and they have to reserve
it before using a car, other competitors are Uber, usual taxis and cabi?
