The ages of the kids that visit the zoo of Barcelona range from 4-12. They are active and
adventurous kids who like nature, animals and spending time outside. They also like playing in the
outdoors.They come from families of any social class since it is an activity that doesn't require much
money. It's not only the kids, but the parents also have to like spending time outside and spending
time with their kids.

5) VISITING CIRCLE - KIDS (candela)


-In the pre-visit period kids' attention to go to the zoo will usually be attracted by advertisements.
-In the visit period, the best way to really get the kid to repeat this experience is by having different
activities such as feeding the animals, and things they find exciting so that they will want to come
back.
-Lastly, after the visit a great way to make the kids want to come back to the zoo will be by sending
them a stuffed animal of the ones at the zoo so they will feel part of the zoo community.

Pre-visit:
○ Parents will see announcements in social media or by the recommendation of other friends
or either because their children would insist them to go, since kinds are a big percentage in
the final decisions of parents.
○ The tickets of the zoo will offer different discounts for different ages and big families,
including a part of all the tickets will be used for investigation and needs of animals.
Visit:
○ There will be numerous activities for children since giving food to a few little animals or even
celebrating their birthday with all their friends in the zoo guided by the employees that will
take care of them all time. They would have the opportunity of getting to know some
information of each animal in the zoo and getting to observe how they act in their habitats.
Post-Visit:
○ Make them share their fulfilled expectations, experiences…, and want to repeat in a future
with more family or friends, make them share the zoo with their social circle giving good
feedback of the experience.

-The zoo costs 21,40 for adults and 14,50 for kids. 15% of the price of the ticket will be donated.
There is also an option where you can pay 23€ instead of the regular price and this money will be
used for helping animals in danger of extinction.
