Sir/ Madam,
 
I wish to inform you about the faulty mobile phone I received from your company, I have been doing
business with you for the past 5 (five) years during which I have been satisfied with your services,
however, I wish to bring to your attention a shortcoming that has severely affected me financially .
The following information identifies the issue
 
     On 30 April 2021, I ordered a brand-new iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB which was delivered by the

29 may 2021. Upon arrival I opened the box which contained the phone and to my surprise the

phone screen was cracked with ink spreading all over the screen. I was shocked to discover the
phone in that state especially since I was offered the best services as a customer. It was very
disappointing. 
Naturally, I mailed back the phone to your company and requested that another one was shipped
back, I received an email stating that my request would be fulfilled within the next 7 days. To date, I
have not received my order, several calls were made to your purchasing department which failed to
give us a specific reason for this delay and were unable to state when the phone will arrive. This
purchase has cost me immensely. 
I request that you either refund full payment or supply my purchase within the next 72 hours, if you
fail to deliver, I will be taking legal action which will also result in me withdrawing from business with
you all.
I do hope that this problem can be solved , please let us know as soon as possible your proposition
to correct this issue.
