I purchased one computer unit and one photocopying machine at your store in Davao Futurebright
Ecoland on August 28, 2020.
Sadly, both of the machines that I’ve bought recently have just malfunctioned. The computer unit won’t
turn on and I think some of its computer parts are damaged and the photocopying machine does not print,
an error message displays on its screen yet all of its wirings have been plugged correctly.
To settle this issue, I want a refund for the money I spent with the computer unit and photocopying
machine. Attached below are the details and the cost of the following machines:
