The Applicant shall bear all its costs associated with or relating to the preparation and submission of
its Application including but not limited to preparation, copying, postage, delivery fees, expenses
associated with any demonstrations or presentations which may be required by CIDCO or any other costs
incurred in connection with or relating to its Application. All such costs and expenses will remain with the
Applicant and CIDCO shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the same or for any other costs
or other expenses incurred by an Applicant in preparation or submission of the Application, regardless of
the conduct or outcome of the Application Process.

NOTES :

1) Sealed Application shall have to be personally submitted and deposited in the Scheme
Application Box kept at the above said office address.

2) Scheme Application Documents/ Booklet shall neither be sent nor received by Post/Courier.

3) CIDCO reserves full right to reject any or all Scheme Applications without assigning any reason

and the same shall be at the entire discretion of CIDCO. CIDCO also reserves full right to modify
/ change, cancel Scheme Application program at any stage or to extend the date of scheme
towards accepting the applications. CIDCO’s decision in this respect shall be final and binding.

4) a) For qualification application submission shall be accompanied by the attested copies as


per eligibility criteria & various Annexure as mentioned in the Scheme Booklet.

b) Failure to submit necessary documents with the applications will render applicant ineligible.

c) The applicant should also produce original documents for verification, if called for.

5) a) Applicant shall submit the hard copies of application documents along with Booklet duly
signed by the Authorized Signatory on all pages and or as indicated in Application
Schedule.

b) The Application document as indicated above and original online receipt generated
towards Booklet Cost & EMD amount shall be submitted in one envelope. In no way the
receipt of Scheme Booklet cost & EMD shall be clubbed together.

6) Applications received with reference to the subject Scheme shall be processed on the basis of
documents/ information submitted by the Applicant Trust.

7) Inadequate amount paid towards EMD of the plot shall be summarily rejected and shall not be
accepted.

8) Any application without original receipt towards amount paid for EMD shall be summarily rejected.

9) Conditional Scheme Applications shall be summarily rejected.

10) The offer shall remain valid for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days from the date of
submission of Scheme Application or as such period of time till all the process on the Scheme are
completed. If required, CIDCO reserves the right to extend the validity of application till the
completion of the scheme under reference for which no separate intimation shall be sent.
During such period no interest shall be paid on EMD.

11) Cost of Scheme Booklet/Application document & EMD will be accepted only by online transaction.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

A Trust formed & registered by the resident of Navi Mumbai under Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950 and
meeting mandatory Eligibility Criteria as prescribed under, is entitled to submit application for the plot.
