20 Information on the Hunt
a The link to the Google Form i.e. your virtual hunt Q & A doc will be shared with the registered team leaders
via Whatsapp prior to the official start time of the hunt. A Whatsapp Group will be created for this purpose.
b We are using Google Street View Map for the virtual route hunt ('VRH'). Ensure that you are viewing the latest
Street View version at all times.
c All answers to the VRH are found within the sectors, unless stated otherwise.
d All answers are visible on your monitor/screen. Please zoom to enlarge where necessary to search for
the answers.
e In case of dual language signs, either English or Bahasa version will suffice, unless the question
specifically requires the answer to be in a particular language.
f All the questions and answers are in sequence in the VRH sector. Start to end, top to bottom.
g The start and end of the VRH sector are clearly stated - street view map visual and coordinates provided.
h Official timing is to the preceding minute; System clock is the Official Time.
i All answers are to be submitted via the Google Form that will be provided.
j Only the registered team leaders shall submit their respective team's answers using the provided Google
Form. Do note that Team details marked with a red asterisk have been set as compulsory to be responded
i.e. requires an answer in the Google Form, otherwise you will not be able to 'Submit' the Google Form.
k You may leave blank i.e. unanswered hunt question or omit to upload / add file as your response to the
virtual hunt questions and challenges. These will be taken immediately as no answer hence no points
awarded. You will still be able to 'Submit' the Google Form.
l No changes will be allowed once the team leader has submitted their answered Google Form intentionally
or otherwise. The first submission received from any team shall be deemed the official version accepted.
m Where a picture needs to be uploaded as the answer, it has to be in the form of PDF or Image only.
n The Huntmasters and organiser's decision and results are final and no appeals will be entertained.

EXAMPLE OF TREASURE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. Treasures are actual items that are normally submitted at the end of the event. All treasures are to be put together in a
plastic bag which may or may not be provided to you. It is advisable not to use a transparent bag as everyone will be
able to see what your treasures are!

2. Quite often, a treasure is an item that needs to be purchased or it may be an item that can be quite easily obtained or
picked up. Examples of treasures include a type of flower or leaf, a used movie ticket, toll receipt, a rubber seed, a
brand of instant noodle, soap, biscuit or drink and especially newly launched product items in the consumer market.
Items that are to be purchased are usually reasonably priced items.

3. Treasures submitted must be complete and intact (unopened, unused, uncut, wrapped in original wrapping) unless you
are specifically instructed to do otherwise.

4. Specifications of the treasure eg. weight, content, total number, must fully comply with all the clues given in the Treasure
Question.
Treasures are usually, but not necessarily always, found along the route of the event. Hunters are normally expected to
5. go anywhere out of the route to find the treasure. Occasionally, you may be directed to a specific place to pick up a
treasure.

6. Treasures submitted are usually non returnable. Some hunts use treasures as additional prizes or given out to
charitable organizations.

7 In a virtual hunt, for the treasures, you will need to find a photo or image eg. google searched image of the treasure item
and to upload and submit as the answer.

Similar to being friendly or amiable will cue you in to the type of item to gather Friendly/amiable = Cordial
Go near to mix it up or rage on wildly will yield the taste that matters Mix/wildly: Anagram indicator
