Sarawak, Malaysia

This questionnaire focuses on obtaining the views of respondents from primary school
teachers in Sarawak, Malaysia on the study entitled ‘Validation of Teacher Commitment
Scale: A Study among Primary School Teachers in Sarawak, Malaysia’.

We would be very grateful if you could spare some time off your busy schedule to answer
this questionnaire and return it back to the researchers. This survey should take
approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Your feedback and information given will remain confidential within reasonable limits and
