Sub: Appointment as an Accountant for year 2023-2024 under the grant received from Tech Mahindra
Foundation

We are pleased to appoint you as an accountant for The Bombay Institute for Deaf and Mute, effective
from April 1, 2023 on contract for period of one year 1 st April 2023 to 31st March 2024 on following
conditions,

1. Your salary will be Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand only) for the period of April 2023 to March
2024 per month.
2. You will report for duty according to the school’s timing from 10am to 4pm with a lunch break of
40minutes, Monday to Friday. You are entitled to all public holidays as declared by the school.
3. You will be entitled to a total number of 10 days casual leave for the year
4. During the period of contract either party will have the right to terminate this contract by giving
15days prior notice in the writing to that effect.
5. You will continue with the duties you have been performing as an Accountant
