Team Description:
Our team is named Es-fourths based purely on the core nature of
our website. Our aim is to connect gamers to gamers through an
interactive buy-and-sell website.

As the Project Manager of Group 4 (Es-Fourths), I will
make sure that every member in this group will be
pulling their own weight. Everyone will have an
assigned task that will all culminate into a one
astounding website.

As the Copywriter/Editor of Group 4 (Es-Fourths), I will


make sure that our website will meet the standards when
it comes to grammar and consistency.

goal is to design a website suited to our goal. And try
and be as respect as possible with our design, making
sure that intellectual properties aren’t stolen or used

do my best in creating a website that is in line with the

PROJECT TEAM LEADER

1. The project manager oversees the Web site development process and coordinates team
activities.
2. The project manager creates the project plan and schedule.
3. This individual is accountable for reaching project milestones and producing results.
4. Excellent organizational, managerial, and communication skills are required.

INFORMATION ARCHITECT

1. The information architect clarifies the mission and goals of the site, assists in determining
the functionality of the site, and is instrumental in defining the site organization,
navigation, and labeling.
2. Web developers and/or the project manager sometimes take on this role themselves.

COPYWRITER/EDITOR

1. The copywriter prepares and evaluates copy. When material from existing brochures,
newsletters, and white papers will be used on the Web site, it must be repurposed or
reworked for the Web media.
2. The content manager or editor may work with the copywriter to check the text for correct
grammar and consistency.
CONTENT MANAGER

1. The content manager participates in the strategic and creative development and
enhancements of the Web site. He or she oversees changes in content.
2. The skill set of a successful content manager includes editing, copywriting, marketing,
technology, and communication.
3. The person in this dynamic job role must be able to facilitate change.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

1. The graphic designer determines appropriate use of color and graphics on the site, creates
page layouts, and designs graphics.
2. The graphic designer may work closely with the Web developers to create graphic
buttons used in mouseover effects.

WEB DEVELOPER

1. The Web developer writes XHTML code and client-side scripting such as JavaScript.
The Web developer may develop server-side processing such as PHP or ASP.
2. Typically, there are multiple Web developers assigned to a large project, each with his or
her area of expertise.
