Experience:
I have 9 years’ experience in SAMKRG PISTONS AND RINGS LIMITED as plant
maintenance engineer from May -2012 to 2020 at Pydibheemavaram, Srikakulam district.
Present I am working in Synergies castings ltd as engineer from 2020.
Job Involves:

 Daily maintenance for the CNC and PLC operated machines, conveyors.
 Have a work experience on the hydraulic equipment (Yuken, Rexroth) and
pneumatic equipment,(Festo,Smc),
 Breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC m/c’s ball screws, linear guide ways, Torque
couplings, servo drives, and spindle assemblies,
 CNC grinding machine electromagnetic chuck & linear guide ways assembly works,
 Maintenance of horizontal, vertical and screw type air compressors, cooling towers.
 Have knowledge and troubleshooting of moulding machines, belt conveyors, foundry
equipments and shot blasting equipments,
 Mechanical and Electrical machinery spares management,
 Preventive and predictive maintenance for the machinery according to the schedule,
 Co-ordinate with production dep’t & maintained the machines for good production
efficiency values.
