 Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
 Validate design specification and shop floor application of new product & tools and jig
& fixture design.
 Working on precision instrument- Air plug Gauge , 3-Jaw micrometer ,Bore gauge etc.
 Knowledge of turning cutting tools and its parameters
 Study sample parts , blueprints, drawing and engineering information to determine
right tools , fixture and machine selection.
 Managing skills including 5’S ,Kaizen implementation ,6 Sigma Problem solving

Role and Responsibility
 Making CNC program for new development product (ISO Fanuc and Mazatrol
programming)
  Process sheet making for development
 To optimize the productivity & control on Machine and to complete project planning
 Log book review and discuss machining related issue
 Making work instruction for component as Parameter list on material wise
 Converting drawing as per machine wise and create drawing of custom tools
 Problem solve related to machine ( Chattering, surface finish, Ovality)
 Procure new tooling and maintain regular shop equipment
 Provide Training related to machine
 To do TBT meeting, DRM meeting and take part in line walk
 Perform Trials related to tooling with different supplier and Prove outs as per our
requirements
