 Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation systems associated with specialized Oil and Gas systems
 Install, maintain and calibrate Level, Temperature, Flow, Pressure, Torque, conductivity, proximity, LEL,
CO2, O2, N2, H2S sensors.
 Install, maintain and calibrate Gas chromatography and Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer (FID type).
  Install, maintain and test main terminal board ,junction box, 3 phase motor, Transformer, isolation

PROJECT REPORT

❖ BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE SYSTEM

Designed a Biometric Attendance system using Finger print module and embedded systems technology. Using
microcontroller (LPC2148), a software application was built to read and store data with Fingerprint technology.
Data verification was done with the existing stored data in the system.

❖ SCADA GATEWAY SECURITY
The Goal of the project was to establish an inter-communication between the two different and widely used ICS
SCADA protocols IEC 60870-5 104 & Modbus TCP/IP. For the purpose to be served, designed a gateway between
the remote Terminal Unit (RTU) and Master Terminal Unit (MTU).

Pump stations are the facilities including pumps and equipment for pumping fluids from one place to another.
Crude oil was used in this project. Documented P&ID, Data Sheet, Instrument Index Sheet, I/O List, Hook-up
Diagram along with type drive list for MCC and Schematic Diagram.
