 Currently spearheading as an Engineer with Denso India Pvt. Ltd. - (May 2018-present) & previously

Managing & Leading day to day Operational routine activity of starter Assembly as per S, Q, C, D, M, E with the
team of 200 manpower & Co-ordination with supporting functions for new projects implementation on shop
floor as well as regular Industrial Improvement activity (Capacity enhancement, Line balancing at its optimize
level by using best available resources & Muda elimination, Kanban implementation, Low cost automation,
Material flow control via pull system).
Responsible for New line setup (Installation & Trial of machines, Capacity planning vs. actual calculation,
Productivity optimization as per TAKT Time ,Line Balancing Chart, Standard chart approval of Production vs.
Manpower, MFID ) & related required documents (PFMEA,PFD, Control Plan, Operation Standard, Assembly check
sheet, Parameter check sheet) in joint coordination with manufacturing departments .
Daily prepare performance summary by maintaining S, Q, C, D, M, E chart, presenting monthly review meeting
on plant performance reports on line productivity Optimization, Kanban implementation, Line balancing chart.
Responsible for Calculating plant efficiency (OEE) ,machine requirement, time study and work to reduce the
same by focus on elimination of all type of Muda manpower, machine ,availability method.
Responsible for implementation of TPM activities and strong follow up to improve shop floor conditions.

Lean Manufacturing/ Pull system


Industry Projects execution with the help of MOST technique (New line setup, machine trial, product training and
related documents). & card board simulations of new lines for well born.
Just in Sequence Production Scheduling Implementation in Production Line.
Kara Kuri projects implementation to smoothen the material flow and elimination of human efforts.
Preparation of SWC Type –I & Type-III for Line Balancing (LB) & Operation ratio calculation to ensure effective
utilization of resources.
Implementation of Pull System in Production Line by developing End line Store concept.
Elimination of waste in the MFID through ‘Efficient Factory Activities’.
