Subject:  Leave Application for Thesis Work

Dear Sir,

I have been working at your organization for the last two years as a teaching assistant and my
past record shows how much punctual, hardworking and dedicate I am. Currently, I have a thesis
work for my postgraduate (Mphil) work and I request you to allow me leave for two months
(Chaitra and Baishakh, 2079) so that I can complete my thesis work. I will be continuing my
job right after my thesis submission in my university. I have to go Kathmandu for my thesis
work and this is my compulsory project submission so it is very important for me to go and
complete my thesis.

I assure you that there will be no late re-joining date for my job and I will continue the job at
least for 5 years with even more dedication and hard work and I will be covering all my work.

I will be highly grateful to you for this kindness and I will be waiting for your quick response so
that I can start with my thesis work and I assure you that I will come back as soon as I am done
with my thesis and I assure you that I will come back as soon as I am done with my thesis and
will be continuing my job right away.
