Abstract

Bullying can occur through verbal abuse, aggressive physical contact, or covert behavior. The
primary goal of this study is to identify the effects of bullying on the academic performance of
senior high school students at Catmon National High School. This study adopted a quantitative
survey design, wherein it employed survey questionnaires. There is a total population of 73
students, 39 from Grade 11 and 34 from Grade 12. According to our research, bullying is a
problem that is getting worse in public schools today, notably in terms of students’ academic
achievement. Keep the channels of communication open, the report advised students and
teachers. Seminars for prospective parents should be offered by the school about the effects of
bullying on their child’s academic performance.
