Introduction

The essay is a written piece that is designed to present an idea, propose an argument, express the
emotion or initiate debate. It is a tool that is used to present writer’s ideas in a non-fictional way. Multiple
applications of this type of writing go way beyond, providing political manifestos and art criticism as well as
personal observations and reflections of the author.

A concept paper is a preliminary document that sets out to explain what a proposed study is
about, why it is being undertaken, and how it will be carried out. It scrutinizes a concept or idea and
provides an overview of the project a researcher wants to embark on.

Reaction Paper is a form of paper writing in which the writer expresses his ideas and opinions
about what has been read or seen. Reaction paper is evaluated due to the writer's communication skills
and only then due the unique ideas and the content.

The purpose of a position paper is to generate support on an issue. It describes the author’s
position on an issue and the rational for that position and, in the same way that a research paper
incorporates supportive evidence, is based on facts that provide a solid foundation for the author’s
argument.

Research is the process of discovering new knowledge. This knowledge can be either the
development of new concepts or the advancement of existing knowledge and theories, leading to a new
understanding that was not previously known.

A report paper is a document that presents the results of an investigation or research on a

specific topic. It is typically structured in a logical, organized manner and includes sections such as an
introduction, literature review, methodology, results, and conclusion.
