About Conference
3rd International Conference on Technology Innovative Educational and
Multidisciplinary skills in the 21st Century Research” (ICTEMR 2023), which is
scheduled to take place on the 11th and 12th August 2023 to be held Institut
Pendidikan Indonesia (IPI), Indonesia in Association with Institute for
Engineering Research and Publication (IFERP) Indonesia society will focus
on establishing the bar for effective future inclinations. The international
conference has been specifically designed with the intention of delivering
outstanding outcomes and challenges in the 21st Century. It intends to bring
collectively researchers, scientists, technicians, and scholars in all fields of
educational research for the propagation of original research conclusions,
new approaches and developmental practices that yield real results.

Participants will be afforded the incredible chance to interact with leading

experts from their respective fields, taking the opportunity to draw everyone
commonly in a panel and to bestow their plans in different countries.

ICTEMR 2023 strives to join the gap among researchers and academics in
various domains, and this type of long-term imagination has resulted in the
launching of this incredible and unique initiative involving experts from all
fields. ICTEMR 2023 is organized specially to furnish delegates with

Objective of the Conference
One of the goals of ICTEMR 2023 is to give specialists a world-class stage to

The 3rd International Conference on Technology Innovative Educational and

Multidisciplinary skills in the 21st Century Research” (ICTEMR2023) aims to
give researchers, students, and delegates and the occasion to communicate
and share their expertise and understanding of technology utilization. This
event will also serve as an excellent international forum for sharing expertise
and results on recent challenges in engineering technology. The goal of the
conference is to provide a stage for scientists and practitioners from
academia and industry to address issues with development in the field.

The 3rd International Conference on Technology Innovative Educational and
Multidisciplinary skills in the 21st Century Research (ICTEMR 2023), has been
planned in such a way that it will aid academics in this field by forging a nexus

and theories on contemporary discoveries in the relevant fields of their
study.

About University
IPI (Institute Pendidikan Indonesia) is a transformation of STKIP Garut. STKIP
Garut, which was founded in 1983, is sponsored and fostered by the
Pasundan education foundation. However, then based on the results of
deliberations between the founders and the local government level II Garut
district, the management of STKIP Garut was directly under the
Timbanganten foundation which was formed by the founders with the level II
local government of Garut district chaired by Taufiq Hidayat who at that time
served as regent head of level II area of Garut district.

Based on suggestions from the coordinator of Kopertis Region IV West Java,

it is best if there is a private university in Garut to accommodate and oversee
a number of existing tertiary institutions, the Timbanganten Foundation
together with Yaperti which manages the high school of social sciences
[STISIP] and the prince Diponegoro foundation which manages the law high
school. [STH] Garut, joined the Trustees Foundation of the University of
Garut [YPUNIGA] with the notary deed Mrs. Aam Warlimah S.H., Number 32
of 1985, which founded the University of Garut.

Due to the fact that efforts in this direction have not been realized, the
management of higher education institutions in Garut is back under their
respective holding foundations. With the transfer of Taufiq Hidayat's duties
to Ciamis district, in an effort to smooth the implementation of the Tri
Dharma of higher education at STKIP Garut, the Timbanganten Garut
foundation was perfected and turned into the Garut educational foundation
[YPG] with notary deed Leontine Angga Surya, S.H. Nom4 Dated 11 April 1990
chaired by H. Soparno. In accordance with developments and regulations in
force in 2010, the Garut educational foundation changed to the Griya Winaya
[YGW] foundation.

Based on the Decree of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher

Education No. 635/KPT/I/2017, STKIP Garut changed its status to the
Indonesian Institute of Education (IPI). With the change in status from STKIP
Garut to IPI, it will open up wider opportunities for us to contribute to the
world of education, not only in Garut or East Priangan, but we can already
cover the national level.
About IFERP
Institute for Engineering Research and Publication (IFERP) is a
multidisciplinary professional organization dedicated to Research and
development within the field of science, engineering and technology. IFERP
is a preponderant body that has brought technical revolution and
development of science and technology. The IFERP-forum constitutes of
professional experts and overseas technical leaders. There is no stone
unturned to strengthen the spheres of science, engineering, and technology.

Abstract and Guidelines
A one-page abstract should be prepared in the following format Use word
document while submitting the abstract Use 12-point Times New Roman for
the main text and smaller fonts may be used for figure captions. The width of
each line should not exceed 17.5 cm or 7.0 inch. Start the first line leaving a
space of 2.5 cm or 1.0 inch on the upper side. The Title, Author's Names, and
Affiliations should all be centered. Insert one blank line between the
Affiliations and the main text. Main text should be fully justified with single
spacing. Use a bold face with bigger fonts for the Title but not for Authors,
Affiliations, and the main text. Please underline the presenting Author.
Leave a space of at least 2.5 cm or 1.0 inch on the bottom of the text. Page
numbers will be printed there.

Full Paper Guidelines

Each Paper has to be broken down into the following three sections when
you submit Background, Motivation and Objective Statement of
Contribution/Methods Results, Discussions and Conclusions Total number of
pages must be 6 in double column format In addition, the total number of
characters excluding spaces, Title, Author Names and Affiliations
