I. OBJECTIVES
1. To improve your physical and mental health, increase your attention
span, develop your problem-solving skills, and even boost your
creativity.
2. To reduce stress and focus more on interaction with others, it can
also help prevent addiction to technical devices.
3. To become more mindful and connect to the physical world rather
than the virtual world.
II. BACKGROUND
• Colōr'em is an activity book that will help in detoxifying the minds of
social media and digital user’s minds.
• Despite the name Colōr'em, our product will not only be a coloring book
but it will also be offering different activities such as coloring, crossword
puzzles, and word searches.
• Colr'em is a quality product that will be highly sought after, especially by
pewho are on their smartphones, laptops, or any digital devices for a
long period of time as it helps them enhance their level of well-being,
reduce stress, and can assist in maintaining present-moment
awareness and paying closer attention to their surroundings.
• Since the media has intoxicated our minds, and because detox is
excellent for both our physical and mental health, it can be healthy to
occasionally take a moment away from it and engage in other enjoyable
activities.
• Your level of well-being can be enhanced through detox. Taking a
scheduled break from using your smartphone or other electronic gadget
helps reduce stress, according to several studies. Additionally, it can
assist you in maintaining present-moment awareness and paying closer
attention to your surroundings (Sreenivas, 2021).

The group believed that the sample users would enjoy sensations of relaxation
and entertainment by using the material, particularly when it comes to coloring and
responding to questions inside the activity word book. The tasks in this workbook are
designed to engage and challenge the brain in order to maintain mental fortitude and
overall wellness. In order to maintain our product's quality, our team adjusted the
product's pages based on user feedback. This action was taken to help consumers resist
boredom thereby providing them something to keep them entertained. With this release,
we can guarantee that all of our future and present users will enjoy the full range of
benefits and conveniences that this product has to offer

VI. RECOMMENDATION
• We live in a digital age when the majority of activities occur online. This is
inevitable given that technology is an integral part of our life, especially if we
spend eight hours a day working on a computer. But it turns out that forgetting
to unplug and spending the entire day online poses a serious threat to our
overall health, so a few digital detox techniques can be a good starting point for
(re)calibrating and finding balance.
• In this activity, we will be tackling ways to avoid the temptation to be continuously
online and to check your phone when there is no legitimate reason to do so.
Every behavior is trainable, so continue reading our digital detox
recommendations to reduce your internet addiction.
