Greetings;
On behalf of the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani Engineering Department, I am writing to
you, to kindly request an internship opportunity for the AUIS engineering student (Your Name)
at (The Host Company) for a minimum of 4 weeks starting at (start date).
The Engineering Department at AUIS is promoting actual work environment experience,
therefore we are introducing students to the practical aspects of engineering through
internships in reputable private and public establishments.
The AUIS student mentioned above will work as an intern at your esteemed establishment for a
minimum period of four weeks. Students are expected to work as full-time trainees in
accordance with your policies and your specified working days/hours.
