PERFORMANCE TASK NARRATIVE


A newly opened bakery in town is looking for a skilled pastry chef to cater the demands of the people.
You are applicant as a pastry chef. You are asked to demonstrate to the owner of the pastry shop how to use the
different tools and equipment correctly and safely in kitchen. Including the measurements and calculation and to
produce a quality bread. Your demonstration will be assessed based on proper used of baking tools and equipment,
quality of work output and observance of safety and sanitation.
