TERMS & CONDITIONS :

1. Price : All price in IDR, exclusive all taxes and accommodation.

2. Validity : 30 Days from the date of submission.
3. Payment Term : Bank transfer or in cash on first day of training.
4. Process : Order processing subject to the date of receipt of order confirmation / completed filling
„Delegate Registration Form“.
5. Certificate : Course Certificate will be issued after full payment received in our Bank Account.
6. Cancellation : Free of charge if course booking is cancelled at least 2 days before start of
training.
If a course booking is cancelled within 2 days before start of training, 50% of the
course fee will be charged.
7. Others : Prerequisite for T-FOET/FOET is a valid T-BOSIET/BOSIET Certificate (OPITO
Approved).
