GREATDAY is a corporation incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia with a registered address at Nissi Bintaro
Campus, 5th Floor, Jalan Tegal Rotan No.78, Bintaro, Sektor 9, Sawah Baru, Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan 15413,
Banten, Indonesia.

CUSTOMER is a corporation incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia with the registered address as shown on this
quotation.

GreatDay HR is software application made available through our website at www.greatdayhr.com and as a free
mobile phone app through the Apple iOS app store, the Google Play Store as well as select other providers. App store
version updates are made available through those stores.

The subscription and terms and conditions thereto are set forth in the End User Rights Agreement available and
updated at www.greatdayhr.com/eura.

The subscription is for the period set forth above and may not be cancelled.

Prices stated are in Indonesia Rupiah.

The subscription period will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period for the same price, modules
and number of employees as currently subscribed at the time of renewal including any additional modules or
employees’ subscriptions purchased through the application and not cancelled prior to the renewal date unless
either GREATDAY or CUSTOMER provide notice, in writing, prior to the end of the, then current, subscription period.

Customer may make adjustments to add modules or increase the number of subscribed employees for the
remainder of their subscription period at any time through functionality provided within GreatDay HR and by making
payment directly within the application or through other methods provided by GREATDAY.

Payment shall be made by transfer from CUSTOMER to the account indicated on the invoice provided by GREATDAY.

Failure to make payment within 30 days of the start of a subscription period may result in the suspension of the
service.

Services will be activated for the first subscription period after the receipt of payment.

Implementation services listed in the quotation shall be paid prior to the initialization of services.

Implementation fees are exclusive of travel and accommodation costs for consultants required to travel outside the
region in which they are based.

Syarat dan Ketentuan

GREATDAY adalah perusahaan berbadan hukum Republik Indonesia dengan domisili terdaftar di Nissi Bintaro
Campus lantai 5, Jalan Tegal Rotan 78, Bintaro Sektor 9 Sawah Baru, Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia.

Klien adalah perorangan, badan usaha atau badan hukum yang berkedudukan di Republik Indonesia dengan alamat
terdaftar seperti yang dicantumkan pada lampiran Penawaran.

GreatDay HR adalah aplikasi perangkat lunak yang tersedia melalui situs web di www.greatdayhr.com dan sebagai
aplikasi perangkat yang dapat diunduh secara gratis melalui toko aplikasi Apple iOS, Google Play Store, serta
penyedia tertentu lainnya. Pembaruan versi Aplikasi tersedia melalui toko toko tersebut.

Kontrak Berlangganan, syarat dan ketentuannya ditetapkan dalam Perjanjian Hak Pengguna Akhir yang tersedia dan
diperbarui di www.greatdayhr.com/eura.

Kontrak Berlangganan adalah untuk periode tersebut dalam lampiran dan tidak dapat dibatalkan.

Harga yang tercantum adalah dalam Rupiah.

Periode berlangganan akan diperpanjang secara otomatis pada akhir setiap periode berlangganan untuk harga,
modul, dan jumlah karyawan yang sama dengan yang telah dibeli sebelumnya, termasuk di dalamnya modul
tambahan dan penambahan karyawan yang dibeli melalui aplikasi dan tidak dibatalkan sebelum tanggal pembaruan
kecuali jika GREATDAY atau KLIEN memberikan pemberitahuan tertulis sebelum akhir periode berlangganan yang
saat itu berlaku.

KLIEN dapat melakukan penyesuaian untuk penambahan modul dan jumlah karyawan untuk sisa periode
berlangganan melalui fungsionalitas yang disediakan GreatDay HR dan dengan melakukan pembayaran langsung
melalui aplikasi atau metode lain yang disediakan oleh GREATDAY.

Pembayaran akan dilakukan secara transfer dari KLIEN ke rekening yang tercantum dalam Faktur Penagihan yang
diberikan oleh GREATDAY.

Kegagalan dalam melakukan pembayaran dalam waktu 30 hari sejak dimulainya periode berlangganan dapat
mengakibatkan penangguhan layanan.

Layanan akan diaktifkan untuk periode berlangganan pertama setelah pembayaran diterima.

Biaya jasa implementasi yang tercantum dalam Penawaran harus dibayarkan sebelum inisialisasi layanan.
Biaya jasa implementasi tidak termasuk biaya perjalanan dan akomodasi untuk konsultan yang diharuskan
berpergian ke luar wilayah tempat mereka berada.
