Greetings!

It has been a great honor to be a part of the teaching institution. As the search and
the need for educators increase, I would like to request you to consider my
application for a teaching position in Senior High School in your Institution.

I am JAYVEE MAY INCLONAR MELENDREZ, married, 34 years of age and presently

residing at Purok Sampaguita I, Bagong Silang, Maragusan, Davao de Oro. I am a
graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English last March 2009 at
Bukidnon State University - Maragusan External Studies Center. I also passed the
Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) Secondary level last March 27, 2022.

I can offer to teach specialized subjects covered by Humanities and Social Sciences
(HUMSS-A) strand. Aside of teaching English subject, I can also teach Filipino, Science
and Social Studies.

As a teacher, I am optimistic that learners will discover their real fortes and
capabilities as I provide a learning environment that engages their eagerness to
discover things, to learn independently, to be scientific and critical thinkers, and to
be confident in their own self while fostering camaraderie among their classmates.

I believe that my knowledge, skills, expertise, combined with my work ethics, and
strong devotion and determination to educate students would be of great service to
your institution as a whole.
