We are glad to inform you that currently, Rooms are available for your initial requirements. However,
kindly note that the guest rooms is on a first-come-first-serve basis and all arrangements are on
tentative status unless there is a signed contract by both parties with at least a 50% down payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. A 50% deposit is required upon contract signing or at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the
group arrival; full payment shall be seven (7) days prior to the group’s arrival. If the company
has a credit line with the hotel, send bill may be arranged but should be supported by a Letter
of Authorization from the company stating what should be charged accordingly. Any payment
made is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. In any event that payment is not received on the stipulated dates, reservations may be released.
