    PLATAH Industrial Park

    I hereby inform you of my commitment to comply with the internal regulations of the PLATAH
    Industrial Park and that of the facilities of Generac México, S.A. de C.V., so since the
    moment I enter both the Park facilities and those of the aforementioned company, I am
    responsible for any action related to the handling of vehicles, instruments or equipment that
    they carry out, loading and unloading maneuvers and consequent actions, as well as for my
    own conduct and that of the personnel accompanying me, thus releasing Parque Industrial
    PLATAH and Generac México, S.A. of C.V. of any responsibility, forcing me to remove them
    in peace and safe from any claim, complaint, complaint or demand of any nature, which may
    be established against him, as a consequence of what he stated as my (our responsibility).
