Inspection input Water supply unit (Grundfos) date 15-June-2023 Report

1., Garranty / Warranty certificate from the manufacturer (Grundfos) for each pump and motor
separatly as well as the Garranty / Warranty cerificate for the assembly unit . KESV should submit
these original document in the supporting document

2., One part loose condition in control panel of big pump (4 pump Assembly unit). Maybe loosen and
fell down during transportation. Which needed to be investigated and clarify with supplier to know
how to fix it.

3., In small pump sets (3 pumps set) assembly pressure tank in directly fixed on Manifold pipe and
found the tank in Vibration condition which may get more vibration during running (need to clarify
with supplier to submit a solution to avoid vibration)

4., Small pump, the product name on the approval document is CRE 20-3 A-F-A-E-HQQE. But on
actual in the equipment name plate mentioned is CRE 20-3 A-F-V-E-HQQE. KESV need to double
check for this variation and find the affecting factor of this variation and feedback their opinion after
clarify with supplier and explain to consultant and owner

5., During the inspection we found some of “Operation manual” and “Instruction manual” in the
package of Main equipments and Spare parts . KESV should List out all the received manual and
submit the “Manual List” of a perticular equipment and spare parts in the supporting document. Also
all the manuals to be collected and keep it in good and safe storage condition for future usage when
needed to refer during / after instalation.

6., Make sure the Pressure gauges have been calibrated by a qualified 3rd party

7., Electrical cabinet diagram drawings and manuals are at the bottom of the control cabinet, so
make a shelf and put them on the door of the control cabinet

1., Phiếu bảo hành toàn bộ máy bơm và động cơ – trọn bộ

2., Tình trạng lỏng lẻo một bộ phận trong bảng điều khiển của máy bơm lớn (bộ 4 máy bơm). Có thể
bị lỏng và rơi xuống trong quá trình vận chuyển. Điều cần làm rõ với nhà cung cấp và khắc phục

3., Trong các bộ máy bơm nhỏ (bộ 3 máy bơm) lắp ráp bình áp suất cố định trực tiếp trên ống góp có
thể rung trong quá trình chạy (cần phải làm rõ với nhà cung cấp)

4., Tên sản xuất máy bơm nhỏ trên tài liệu phê duyệt là “A”. Nhưng trên thực tế chúng tôi nhận được
là “V”. KESV làm rõ với nhà cung cấp và giải thích với tư vấn và chủ đầu tư

5., Cần thu thập, liệt kê tất cả các thao tác, hướng dẫn sử dụng

6., Cần chắc chắn rằng các đồng hồ đo áp đo đã được hiệu chuẩn bởi bên thứ 3 có đủ năng lực

7., Bản vẽ sơ đồ tủ điện và sách hướng dẫn đang để ở đáy tủ điều khiển, nên tạo giá và gài chúng lên
cánh tủ điều khiển
