Composer (interview questions)

Tell me about yourself?

I have a certificate in IGCSE and I’ve been writing songs since
9 years whenever I have the time. But that doesn’t stop me
from getting a good grade in every class in my school years. I
started to learn piano, guitar and electric guitar ever since I
can remember. That is also the reason to why I also love
writing songs.

What are your strength?

I’m a very observant person and I can write song base on the
artist voice style and vibe that suite them. I can write jazz,
pop, rnb and other different genre.

What are your weaknesses?

Even thought I’m an introvert, I can connect with people
through the same interest of music and eventually I get
comfortable with others.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

My aim is to get an award for the best composer but before
that I would want to learn all the things that I need to from
the other composers in the entertainment and also improve
myself to be a better composer.
What do you know about our company?
Well, your company artists are known for being the first to
get the Grammy in the country and for having an all-rounder
artist.

How well do you handle change?

Change can be hard and challenging at times but I take it as
an opportunity to challenge myself and work even harder
than before.

How will you work under pressure?

I don’t think that people should work while being under
pressure. But in this case, I will try to calm myself down and
take a deep breath because if I don’t, I might make mistakes.
Then I will start to work.

How do you make an important decision?

Before making such a big decision I will hear other team and
artists themselves for their opinions. Making decision is not
only about ourselves but also others because if the decision I
make have a bad consequences it would not only affect me
bout also others.
