RULES AND REGULATIONS

WORK & ETHICS

 We at Zonah Infosys believe in providing all employees with a clean working environment.
 All employees are required to respect their colleagues and management. Any inconsiderable
and (or) misbehavior will lead to a disciplinary warning note.
 If an employee gets 2 disciplinary notes in a calendar month, he/she will be terminated without
any prior notice.
 If the employee is caught signing in for his / her colleague, he/she will be fired on spot.

ATTENDANCE

 All employees are required to come to work on the scheduled time. 15 minutes prior to starting
work (i.e. by 9am).
 3days late (i.e. after 9.05am) in a month will be counted as I day salary deduction.
 Employees that arrive to work 1 hr past their scheduled time will be deducted half day salary.
 If an employee has prior commitments, they are required to inform the front desk in advance.
 Employees that miss a day without any prior notice (NO CALL NO SHOW) will be given a written
warning and will be deducted 1 day(s) salary.
 Employees who have 2 or more NO CALL NO SHOW in a paid month will be terminated.
 In case of emergency, employees are required to contact the office as soon as possible.

DRESS CODE

 No dress code is in place.


 Employees are not allowed to wear any clothes that insults or depicts any cultures or religions.

BREAKS
 All employees are scheduled to work a 8 hours shift where they will be allowed two 15 minute
breaks and one 30 minute break.

PAID HOLIDAYS

 All employees are eligible for 1 paid leave per month after successfully completing their first
probationary month.
 All employees will also be paid for the selected statutory holidays in a calendar year.

LEAVES & RESIGNATION

 Employees that need take a day off are required to fill out the leave application and have it
approved by the HR 3 days prior to taking the leave.
 Employees that need to take an extended leave (2 or more days) are required to fill out the
extended leave application and get it approved by the HR one week prior to taking the leave.
 If any employee wants to leave the organization, he/she is required to complete the paid
calendar month for which they will receive their complete remuneration and a relieving letter.

CELL PHONES

. Personnel Calls are not allowed in the work premises.
