Dear All,

I want to let you know, that, regular basis employees went out for official as wel as personal work.
But I want to let you know some points as per company policy. Kindly follow the same.

 Lunch Timing: 30 minutes per day


 Over & above the lunch timing, employees are allowed to go outside of office 3 times in a month
for maximum 1 hour to meet their personal exigencies. 0.5 day leave/salary would get deducted
from 4th time onwards in case an employee spends more than 30 minutes in a day outside office.
 In case any employee is going out of office/city to meet the business requirements, he/she
requires to get an approval from the respective Manager and share the same with the Human
Resource department via email and also do punch Out and punch in.

Dear All,

Kindly put into practice of reporting to work by 10.00 am. No lame excuses accepted please
except in genuine, unavoidable & problematic situations, wherein you should inform the
department head and HR about the same through email only.

Late mark will be considered as per below GUIDELINES:


 
Office Timings: General Shift - 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
Grace Period: 15 Minutes per day
Late Mark: ‘Punch In’ after the Grace Period i.e. after 10.15 AM would be considered as
‘late mark’. Every 3 late marks in a month, would attract deduction of 1 day
leave/payment (in absence of leave balance) from monthly salary.
3 late marks = deduction of 1 leave/1 day salary, from 4th late mark every late mark will
attract half day leave/salary whichever is applicable. Same will be applicable for early
leaving.
Lunch Timing: 30 minutes per day in between – No one will spend more time in Lunch
area after finishing their lunch

We will not consider any leave without prior information (Except emergency cases) and approval
must required from HOD’s.
There is no reserved time for breakfast in the Morning so no one will have breakfast after
coming to the office. But sometimes if it’s very urgent then please complete within 20
minutes before 9:30am.
Eating lunch will not be allowed on the floor, if anyone found it will be considered as
against company policy and disciplinary action can be taken against that person. 
Note: No one will talk on floor in-between about the above matter, if any confusion can
be addressed to HR for clarification through email.
