HR RULES & POLICIES

1. Job Scope of Customer Service


1. Reply customer (LINE Official, LINE Personal, Wix.com)
2. Deposit & withdraw credit
3. Transfer money using bank app
4. Board excel update
5. Learn how to use all platforms’ agent account
6. Learn how member can play in all platforms
7. Other marketing work required

2. Working Hours & Shift


 One shift is 12 hours
(Eating time included, must always standby, please eat in the office)
 Currently shift work is 7am to 7pm , 7pm to 7am (only for CS)
 Morning or Night shift depends on work's needs. To be discussed with the team. All
staffs need to work for either shifts if needed. Cannot choose and fix only one type.

During change shift, need to


 Send out board excel to Telegram group
 Send out bank account balance to Telegram Group
 Sign check in-check out book (if working in the office)
 Send out FB updates in FB telegram group (example Th x 10, KH x 15)

3. Employee Benefits
 Room and Meal expenses are not included
 4g internet device will be provided for work if employee’s home does not has internet
at home

4. Off-day
 All staffs can take 3 day off per month
 If never take day off, can take extra salary for each day
 Try not to take day off on Weekend + Monday (especially Monday), try to take
between Tuesday to Friday
 All staffs try not to take same day off together, and same shift customer service
cannot take off together
 Any day off must inform Boss AT LEAST 1 week or more in advance. Fine 500 Baht
if inform late (less than 1 week) (unless super emergency like someone passes away
or you hospitalise (show photo).

5. Commission (depend on company situation, not 100% confirm will have)


 Share by the team (only for staffs after past 3 months’ probation)
 2% of win-lose profit will be shared by the whole team

6. Fine system (Donation to Company Party Fund)


 Wrong credit (extra credit) to customer = FINE of the credit value + no commission
for that month
 Late for work
 Any work never does properly (Donate 50 or 100 Baht, according to work)
7. Resignation
 Inform at least 1 month before

8. Salary & Probation


 No salary will be given for staff work less than 1 month
 All salary will be giving out near the 10th of every month, for the previous month

After 2 months = 14,000
After 3 months = 15,000
> 1 year After 6 months = Increase 10% to 30% (depending on performance)

Note: Salary will only increase if they can perform the required work. If
cannot perform, either staff will be asked to leave, or they need to delay
the salary increase (example only increase 500 B not 1000 B)

9. Office Rules
 Marketing (Facebook, IG, LINE) (Manager or Boss will do random checking)
 No taking photos in the office (take photo of themselves also cannot)
 Personal mobile need to keep in locker. Only can take during meal or toilet time.
When boss or manager in office, keep in locker. When boss or manager not in office,
put on table under cctv
 Switch off your phone WIFI when not using. Because company wifi speed will be
affected as we have many phone in office
 All customer’s reply must be immediate, as soon as possible
- maximum allow late is 5 minutes, if more than 5 minutes, depending on
situation, may have FINE
- can bring company phone to toilet if you need to
 Will have team meeting (about once per week) from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. If big meeting
then sometime 6pm - 8pm
 All computers switch off & restart at least once per week
 All information in your computer, backup in google drive once per month (1st of every
month), send url link to manager and boss
 If sick, DON'T come to office. Don't want covid in office.
 Wear mask in office if many people.

Note:
- Company will update again if any policies change. The file just a guideline. Final decision
depends on situation
- Every employee should help one another whenever possible. We work like a family. So
your work is not limited to only what is given to you. Sometime Customer Services also help
with Marketing work, and Marketing staff must also help CS.
