Meeting Output:

(1) Sales review must be conducted by the management. (already implemented)


(2) Attendance across all levels to be marked on GreytHR only and can be regularized by HR with due consent of
the Team Head within 2 days only.
(3) Manpower Requisition to be shared by Team Heads.
(4) 3 days Induction Program to be designed and proposed by HR dept.
(5) The new joiner must undergo induction program and clear test before moving to the floor/site.
(6) Skip-level meetings can be conducted by the management anytime without prior notification. Team Heads
will be informed only if required.
(7) Probation Period:
- 2 months analysis of the new employee behaviour, attitude towards work, discipline and punctuality,
and zeal to learn and grow.
- After 2 months, PIP to be issued after review with HR & TH collectively if above mentioned grounds are
unsatisfactory.
- 15 days PIP to improve performance, and next 15 days PIP as exit intimation if there is no improvement.
- Termination without any intimation only in case of Gross Misconduct.

(9) Everyone must share Creatives on Social Media Platforms. Will instruct Digital Marketing team to share the
link on group for quick action as suggested.

(10) Residential projects addition to be discussed with The Managing Director.
