Great Admin’s Terms and Conditions for

Sales Representatives
The following terms and conditions are for Sales Representatives of Great Admin.

By working with us, you agree with everything stated below.

- Our system is designed to only take you about 1 hour per week, that can be done during any
day of the week. You do NOT need to work 1 hour every day, it’s for 1 hour per week.

- Your job as a Sales Representative is to schedule 10 emails per day, for 5 days, Monday to
Friday, using Gmail, and repeat this procedure each week. You DO NOT need to work 5
days per week, you can do the 1 hour per week any time, you are SCHEDULING the emails,
not sending them live. Full training will be provided (takes 5 minutes to understand the
process, as it’s very easy).

- This is a commission-only job, meaning that you will only get paid by commission (no hourly
rate). But it only takes 1 hour per week for the opportunity to get $20 to $80 (or more) per
month. Working with us will also make you eligible to work as a Virtual Assistant on one or
more of our projects (which are paid at an hourly rate of $3 to $7 per hour). The longer you
work with us, the more opportunities you can get.

- Scheduling all emails in one day for the next two weeks is the right way to work.

- Please do NOT schedule all of them at the same hour, instead, choose a random time. Just
keep at least 1 hour difference between SCHEDULED emails.

- Full training will be provided once you accept these terms and conditions it will take 5
minutes or less to understand the system.

- Leads will be assigned to you every two weeks by our team leader. You will get 100 leads
assigned.

- If some emails fail to be sent (e.g. email no longer exist), those will still count as 10 emails
per day / 50 per week, you do not need a different email to replace the one that didn’t send
out. From 100 emails assigned, you might end up successfully sending only 90, which is ok!

- Once you get the leads assigned to you, you can start immediately. You don’t need to wait
for a specific day, if you get the leads assigned on Wednesday, that’s when you can start and
schedule the emails using all the leads you have. Then you get 100 more leads in two weeks.
Please start as soon as you get the leads assigned to you.

- The commission is a one-time payment of $20 for every new client you bring using our
system when we reach $100 in invoice(s) with them, and we receive the funds. That can be
during one or more invoices (usually within one invoice sent after 2 weeks of working with
them).

o Example: If you bring 3 clients in a month, that will be 3 x $20 = $60 (for about 1
hour of work per week).
o Payment is made when we reach $100 in invoice(s) with clients coming from you, and
we receive the funds.
o It generally takes 15-30 days to reach $100 in invoice(s) with new clients, so please
be patient and stay with us. It will be very much worth it if you have the patience.
o Sometimes emails you send today will turn into clients weeks from now, sometimes
the next day, so patience is the key here, as you build more and more emails, you
increase your chances of getting more and more (x $20) commissions, and it’s only
taking 1 hour per week (or every 2 weeks once you do it a few times).

- There is no minimum or maximum of clients you can bring per day/week/month/year.

- We usually send an invoice to our clients twice per month, on 1st and 16th of each month, so
you can expect to get your commission on qualified clients around these dates.

- We provide all the leads emails to be contacted. You are not allowed to share it with anyone.

- If you stop scheduling emails for more than a week, we will consider you inactive and you will
lose any unpaid earnings.
o If you need a break due to medical or other emergencies, for up to one month,
please contact your manager. We are humans too, and we understand that
emergencies happen, you just need to let us know.

- You do NOT have to talk to the clients, or work with them, or do anything else other than the
steps in the Onboarding document.

- You don’t have to respond to emails, you only have to send the emails (it helps if you send
us on Upwork anyone that responds, exluding auto responses).

- If you stop following the instructions in the Onboarding document, we will have to remove
you from the team. An example of NOT following the Onboarding instructions is scheduling
more (or less) than 10 emails per day, or scheduling them too close – it needs to have at
least 1 hour difference between emails scheduled. It’s ok if you schedule 10 emails and some
of them will not be delivered due to an error (e.g email doesn’t exist).

- We designed the system in a way that our sales representatives can make money in a
relatively short period of time, and while 90% of our sales representatives stay with us for
long-term and start making money the second month with us, we do not guarantee that
everyone will make money and will stay with us for long-term. In 99% of cases for people
that don’t make money with us, is because they quit too early and they don’t have patience.
- What makes people leave is the lack of patience, it take time and you have to take this as a
way to build passive income for work you do on the side with 1h per week. As you build
more and more emails sent, those can turn into clients and commissions for you at any point,
even emails you sent months ago.

- We will let you know in Upwork as soon as we started working with a client coming from you,
so you are always informed on the status of your emails.

If you are ready to join us and agree with these terms above, please continue with the Onboarding
document. If Onboarding document is completed successfully, we’ll send an Upwork contract and
assign you leads to contact and get started with the real work.
