Hours:

ViciDial keeps track of all hours, from login to logout.

Amongst many other categories, ViciDial keeps track of your talk time with customers, time
spent waiting for a call to be routed to you, how much time you spend on pause,
dispositioning a contact, and even how long you stay on Dead Air, where no one is on the
other side of your call.

Puulse pays hours using the following formula:

PAID HOURS = CONNECTED TIME + DAILY ADDED TIME
What is DAILY ADDED TIME?
The amount of time added to your payable time to account for the following:
1. 30-35 minutes of Daily Meetings, Mon-Fri
2. Time spent dispositioning calls, noting an email, or making a manual callback
3. Break time

The more CONNECTED TIME you have, the more DAILY ADDED TIME you receive.

If you have less than 5 hours of CONNECTED TIME per day, you will receive 45 mins of
DAILY ADDED TIME.
If you have more than 5 hours of CONNECTED TIME per day, you will receive 90 mins of
DAILY ADDED TIME.
If you have less than 3 hours of CONNECTED TIME per day, you will receive only 30 mins
of DAILY ADDED TIME.

EXAMPLE:

***Please Note: If you are new, you receive an extra 30 mins per day of DAILY ADDED
TIME when working full time, or an extra 15 mins per day if you are part time/have
less than 5 hours of CONNECTED TIME per day.
Your training hours and job shadow hours will also be added to your pay.***

Commissions:

All leads you submit to the Sales Team may be eligible for Commission.
In order for the lead to become payable, it must meet the following requirements:

1. The contact must be for the decision maker, not a gatekeeper

2. The contact must speak good English

3. The contact must do primarily residential work, not commercial

The amount of commission you earn per qualified lead you submit, is determined by
the quality of your leads. Lead quality is measured by conversion from lead to sale.
The better quality leads you submit, the more of them the Sales Team can turn into
sales (paying customers). The more money the company can make, the more money
you can make.

Commissions will be paid based on the following Commission Table:

Conversion Rate: Commission Per Lead:

Less than 5% 1.00
5% 1.50
6% 2.00
7% 2.50
