Brief Description Conduct investigation as to the legality of as to the true ownership of lots
affected by the City Government projects, Revieds Contracts, renders legal
opinion, and serves as the Statutory Counsel of the City Government of
Cagayan de Oro.

Program or Project • Review and update the current CLUP.

Components
• Data Collection and Analyses/Review and Update the city’s Ecological
Profile.

• Formulation of the Development Design of the Proposed Key Growth

Areas.

• Formulation of Spatial Strategy that takes into account the principle and
best practices on transport-oriented development and the Complete Street.

• Formulation of the Land Use Plan.

• Formulation of Sectoral Development Plans namely, Economic, Social,

Environment, Infrastructure, and Institutional Development.

• Updating of the Integrated Zoning Ordinance.
