 You are no doubt aware what our Company is going though in the midst of the
devastating pandemic. The second wave is disastrous and having serious impact on our
performance parameters.
 You will agree that we cannot have everlasting comfort and at times there could be
difficult situations such as this, which have to be necessarily overcome, only by our
relentless efforts.
 It is pertinent to mention here about the increasing inflow of claims and the exorbitant
charges in some cases by the service providers, who extend the medical care to our
customers and play a major role, in these times.
 The wide variation in the procedures and the treatment charges vary from hospital to
hospital, with the result, the insured on many occasions, suffer.
 It is during these difficult times, we need to support and stand with the customers more
than ever and as a customer centric service organization, in order to facilitate resolving
the grievances of our customers, whom you service, we are posting a Grievance Officer
in all Area / Territory / Zonal Offices for quick and personal access locally. You may
therefore reach out to him and lodge your grievances, if any, for the best use of redressal
of customer issues.
 In case you are not able to reach out to the Grievance Officer, you can hand over the
details of the grievance to your Branch / Territory / Area in-charges who would ensure
that it reaches the Grievance Officer in the jurisdiction for speedy redressal.
 You may also mark a copy to our Corporate Grievance Department located at the
