Promo Mechanics:
1. The promo is open to all Citibank Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholder”), whose credit cards (“Cards”) have been issued by Citibank, N.A., who are active and in good
credit standing, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for
this Promo.
2. To avail of the promo, cardholder must go to Giftaway site via www.giftaway.ph/mcesl and proceed with the following steps:
a. Enter the first six (6) digits of your Citi Mastercard credit card.
b. Click “Shop Now” and select preferred vouchers.
c. Enter basic information necessary for voucher delivery and payment checkout.
d. Pay using a Citi Mastercard credit card.
e. The voucher will be sent to the e-mail address nominated during the time of purchase.
3. Cardholders can only purchase a maximum of ten (10) vouchers per type, per transaction.
4. The vouchers are subject to blackout dates and valid for one-time use from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
5. The vouchers are transferrable but not for resale. Non-refundable and not applicable for takeaway orders.
6. The vouchers must be presented at the reception at the time of use. Failure to present the voucher would result to rate adjustment equivalent to prevailing Best Available
Rate or Published Price.
7. The vouchers can be rebooked 14 days prior arrival date. Vouchers will be forfeited for cancellations beyond 14 days and no shows.

9. By availing of the promo, the Cardholder agrees to hold Citi free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo
or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the promo.
10. In case of dispute regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, etc., Citi’s decision will prevail, with concurrence of DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the
Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by Citi.
11. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promo, or redemption of promo may result in the disqualification of
the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges or the charging of the cost of the promo items to the Cardholder’s Citi Card, at Citi’s
discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citi.
12. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, privileges or VIP cards. Vouchers are not exchangeable for or convertible to cash, credit
or other goods and services nor allowed as payment for the Card dues.
13. By availing the Promo offer, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required, to Edsa Shangri-La,
Manila, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of Edsa Shangri-La, Manila.
14. Any amendment in the terms and conditions governing the Promo is subject to prior DTI approval.
