Production Testing
STEAM GENERATOR
The TETRA Steam Generator is provided by Coates Offshore and has a capacity of 200
HP of 6.9 MMBTU/HR quality steam @ 150 psi to TETRA’s Conventional Heat Exchanger,
which offers the best heat transfer technology for well testing services, onshore or
offshore.
SURFACE EQUIPMENT
In deep water environments, utilizing steam is the safest and best method for achieving the
rapid heating of high pressure and high flow rates of gas or oil. This method of heat
transfer is used in both production and well testing.
The boiler package should be matched to heat exchanger, based on heating requirements.
