HOW TO MAKE AN APPLE PIE

STEPS

First, Heat the oven to 180°C. In a recipe, stir: the cups of flour, the egg, butter, the tea spoon of
salt and the cold water. Mix with the hands.

Second, separate the pie dough in two, and let rest about 20 min.

Then, meanwhile, for the filling, peel and cut the apples into cubes. In a bowl, put the apples
and pour lemon juice. Then, add the sugar, some cinnamon, butter and flour and stir well. Drain.

For the next step, stretch the doughs. In a round mold, spread some flour and butter, then extend
one of the doughs into the mold.
Finally, for making the pie, pour the apple filling into the mold with the dough. Top with the
second dough. Then, stir an egg and, using a brush, cover the top.

Heat at 180°C. Bake for 40 minutes.
