To whom it may concern,

God has given us everything, including our life, our family and everything we call our own.
Serving HIM is one easy way to express gratitude and in return we gain much more,
including spiritual positivity, peace of mind and we grow spiritually as well.

The Commission on Youth of Holy Child Parish – Consolacion will be organizing a fundraising
activity to help them financially through their upcoming activities (Diocesan or Parochial
Activities). The said activity will be the BINGO Social 2023 that will be held at our Parish
Multi-Purpose Gym on June 25, 2023.

Moreover, the Commission on Youth are looking for possible sponsors for the prizes for the
said fundraising activity, or those who will give financially to support their activity.

This fundraising activity is organized in order for the Commission on Youth in our parish to
raise funds for the upcoming Diocesan activity, which is the DYD 2023 at Baybay City, Leyte.

Once more, we humbly request your office to approve our activity. We are glad and
anticipating for your kind and positive response on this matter.

Hoping to gain your support and we trust with your help that we can make this a reality for
