The ancient name of Barcelona was Barcino, and the city

Given its big and famous port, Barcelona is the Spanish capital of commerce and economy. The climate is similar to that of Italy, and like the Italian coastal cities, winters aren’t too cold and summers are cool and breezy. In Barcelona there are many UNESCO sites and many of them were created by the Spanish architect Antonì Gaudì, the greatest exponent of Catalan modernism. In the evening, taking the subway, you can reach the Port Olympic area, where you can spend your evening. It’s famous for its nightlife because there are some clubs and casinos. The next day is the most important because you have to visit many places and you can begin to pass on the Las Ramblas, the busiest street of Barcelona where there are a lot of flowers markets, then you can see the plaça de Catalonia, the Mila House and the Battlo House. After a typical Spanish lunch, you can visit the Camp Nou, the largest football stadium in Europe with a room for about 100 000 people. You can also visit the museum of F.C.Barcelona, and you can return home without a t-shirt of the Catalan team. Before going to dinner you can visit the Egyptian Museum. In the evening you can eat in the restaurant El Boulevard. The last day is always the best, because you finish with a flourish. On the last day, the best place to visit is the Sagrada Familia.
