SUBJECT : Preparation for the Upcoming October 30, 2023, Barangay and
SK Elections

1. The COMELEC District IV Election Officer called for a meeting on April 20, 2023,
with the agenda of early preparation for the upcoming Barangay and SK
Elections. Cognizance to this, may we kindly request that each department
provide the information below by April 26, 2023.
• List of rooms used by each class in the following format:

2. Moreover, the Comelec emphasizes that public school teachers will be given
priority on these assignments. Teachers displaced from the school within the
district will be assigned by the Comelec to the school with the available slots.
Private citizens who previously served and are willing to be assigned again will be
put on the waiting list.
