INT. BIMAL ROOM - NIGHT

Bimal,20 in t-shirt and half pant is sitting in his bed with

a earphone plugged in in his ear. He is playing PUBG in
mobile with his friends.

He is having intense game, heavy gunfire can be hear. A few

second later he die along with his friends. He scold the
opponent in rage.

BIMAL
Saala camper...madarchod..bhosidike
aaija 1 vs 1
Yestai khatey haru le garda ho game
bigrine

He tell his friend to start next game while he go for a pee.

BIMAL (CONT’D)
La arko match suru gardai gar, ma
yek mut hanera aauxu

Bimal take out his earphone and go to washroom. As he take

out the earphone he could hear the small noise of his
parents.

INT. WASHROOM - NIGHT

Bimal is peeing. He could hear the sound of his parents

shouting but not clear voice. Volume rises slowly. He is
concentrating on the sound coming from kitchen.

CUT TO:

INT. KITCHEN - NIGHT

Father, early 50s is drunk. A wine glass is on the table. He
is quiet with full of anger in his head.

Mother, late 40s is shouting at him with eyes full of tear

and crying voice.

MOTHER
Jailey bahira matra ghar ma k vaira
kei ko wasta xa..
Kailey ko..kailey ko...kaile ko
sathi ..kaile tyo nakchari
sanga...malai tha hudaina
vanthanya..

Hearing the word nakchari ,he looses his temper and shout at
her.

FATHER
Feri ka bata kt ko kura aayo..kati
vanne office ko staff ho vanera

Bimal enters the frame. He is unknown about the reason behind

their fight. He is standing and looking at them.

Father bangs the glass on the table.

FATHER (CONT’D)
Tyo kt ko kura nikalne haina
hai...aile yei glass le handinxu..
K pura garena maile yo ghar ma..gas
kindekai xu,chamal kindekai xu

MOTHER
Aba aayera gas kindina vayo? Mero
lagi kindeko..ma yeklai le khana
khanxu yo ghar ma? Tmlai ta tei kt
sanga mitho mitho khaye pugi halxa
ni

FATHER
Ajha karauxas.

Father slaps mother.

Seeing this situation, bimal temper rises and shout at

father.

BIMAL
Tyo raksi ko taal ma kina
hero..haat kina chalaunu parne

MOTHER
Pitnu...pitnu...kina Pitne matra,
mari diye ni hunthyo.
Father doesn’t give damn to bimal instead shout at mother and
push her chair with his legs. Mother fall down in floor.

FATHER
Royera dekhayera xora lai ni saath
ma liyeu haina

Bimal get in between them. Father is trying to beat mother

but bimal is holding him.

BIMAL
(in rage)
Nachalnu vanya basnu tya khurukka
 3.

Bimal push his father slowly backward.

Getting push by bimal, father gets more angry. Out of no

where father slaps bimal too hardly.

FATHER
Tw chai kina hero ni

Bimal too get pissed off by getting slap from father. So, now
he pushed his father hardly and raise his hand to beat.

BIMAL
Raksi ko taal ma nakaraune

Father gets on floor now. Bimal just raise his hand but
stopped quickly.

Mother is telling bimal from behind not to do so action.

MOTHER (O.S.)
(cring)
Babu...xoda ...pitnu hunna..baba
lai pitnu hunna...nagara yesto kaam

Bimal is still in rage.

BIMAL
Wulle chai pitnu hune..hamle chai
nahune

Father is on floor. He is sitting on floor. His head is down,

hands on ground. Now his anger changes into emotional. His
eyes are full of tears, tone of voice changes from before.

FATHER
Aaja aayera tw haat uthana sakne
vaisakis.
Yekjana matra santan vaye pugxa
vanera arko santan janmaune soch
pani rakhne..aba aaja aayera tei
yeuta chora ko ni kutai khanu parne
din aayo...aba yo sansar ma mero
koi ni xaina vanera bujheni
vayo...ma mare ni vayo aaba

Hearing such words from father, Bimal’s anger gets down too.
He don’t have any words to say. He is just starring at his
father as an statue.

CUT TO:
 4.

INT. BIMAL ROOM - NIGHT

Bimal is starring at ceiling lying on his bed. He can’t

sleep. He have nothing to do rather than this. His mobile is
by his side. He look at his mobile, notice its 12.30 At
midnight. He just look at the screen and put it by his side
again.

He change his sleeping position and face towards door. He

hears the slamming sound of washroom’s door and immediately
runs towards the door to look.

INT. WASHROOM - NIGHT

Father is in washroom, heads down, holding the basin with

hands. He breathe heavily and raise his head. In the mirror,
we can see his eyes red.

INT. PARENTS ROOM - NIGHT

Mother is also at the door of their room glazing at father.

INT. WASHROOM/PASSAGE- NIGHT

Father rinse his face with water and get out from there. He
walks towards his room.

Bimal come out of his room, take 3,4 steps to follow him to
his room but seeing bimal, mother give a signal to stop and
go to his room.

CUT TO:

INT. BIMAL ROOM - NIGHT

Bimal enters his room and sits in his bed. He didn’t close
his door neither he hears the closing sound of door of his
parents room.

He stands and move to parents room.

INT. PASSAGE - NIGHT

Bimal reached at the door. Door isn’t closed properly as

there is small gap. He tries to open the door but his
instinct stop him to open the door so he pull his hand back.

He didn’t have courage to enter the room so he peeks from the

gap. He see his father is leaning in bed looking at his
mobile and mother is looking at his father.

INT. PASSAGE - NIGHT

Returning from their room, Bimal eyes goes on a frame of

family photo. He glaze at photo for a while and move ahead.

Voice over starts. As the voice over starts, he recall his

childhood memories with his parents and recent incident too.

BIMAL (V.O.)
Sano huda kheri ti aaula samatdai
hidthye ma, tara aaja khai k vayo
kunni aafnai aaula uchalna badhye
vayexu , sayed paristhiti nai
yestai vayo ki paristhiti lai
bujhna sakina maile, yek hisab ma
yeuta bhul garexu maile ki buba
mathi jawaf farkaye , yeuta sano
kura ma aaula dekhaye, aba feri ti
aaula kasari samatau ma, jun
hatkela mero mukh variyo anna le ti
mukh le kasari vannu ki buba malai
maaf garideu ma bata bhul vayo.

BEGINS FLASHBACK:

1. Bimal, 12 yrs old walking with his father catching his

hand.

2. Bimal Playing with his father in room.

3. Bimal Getting feed by his father

4. Bimal pushing his father yesterday night.

5. Father sitting in floor getting emotional.

6. Mother crying.

ENDS FLASHBACK:

As the voice over ends, we see Bimal eyes with full of tears.
A drop of tear shed from his eye with which his pillow gets
wet.

CUT TO BLACK.
 6.

INT. KITCHEN - MORNING

Its saturday today and about 8 in the morning. Mother is

making tea. Bimal gets in kitchen. He face seems like he just
wake up from the bed. He hasn’t even wash his face.

INT. LIVING ROOM - MORNING

Bimal go and receive newapaper from the door.

BIMAL
(in loud)
Ba..

Then he realize yesterday event and complete his sentence in

small voice.

BIMAL (CONT’D)
Ba...patrika

Then he asks mother about father.

BIMAL (CONT’D)
Baba khai...aaunu va xaina aile
samma

MOTHER
Aako xaina..aaja khai kata
gayo..aru bela vaye agi nai aaune
time vaisakyo morning walk bata

Bimal stays quiet for while and ask mother money to buy
recharge for him.

BIMAL
100 rs dinu ta...recharge card
kinnu paryo

Mother is facing backward. She lows the power of gas and take
out money from her pocket and starts counting the money 10,
20, 50.

MOTHER
Hijo nakarau vanya haina tmlai..

She doesn’t have enough money. So she tell Bimal to asks

father for money.

MOTHER (CONT’D)
Pugena ma sanga...baba aayesi maga

Bimal heads get down.

BIMAL
Hyaa dinu na xito

Mother ignore the talk about money.

MOTHER
J vayeni tmro baba ho..gaali
gareni, piteni chup lagera basnu
parthyo

At the same time father enters from the door. Seeing father,
Bimal keep quiet and go from there without taking money.

CUT TO:

INT. KITCHEN - DAY

They are having lunch together in a same table. Environment

is silent. No one is taking with anybody. Bimal has almost
finish his lunch. He look at father like he has something to
say with his father but as he looks at his father’s face his
mouth shut. He doesn’t have courage to talk with his father.
So as he finish his food he get up from table.

CUT TO:

INT. LIVING ROOM - DAY

Television is on. Father is sitting in sofa reading

newspaper.

Bimal enters the room talking with his friend on phone. He is

going somewhere in hurry. He has a helmet and a key in his
hand and a bag in his back.

BIMAL
Niski sakey k ma...pugna lagyo

He notice his father in living room and his voice lows as he

sees him.

BIMAL (CONT’D)
(in low voice)
Lala 5 min ma pugxu aba

Bimal ends the call and go near the door to wear shoe. He
doesn’t face father and go like he doesn’t see him.

Father is watching bimal throughly.

Bimal call mother and ask for money.

BIMAL (CONT’D)
Mumy....500 Rs dinu ta

Mother tell that she doesn’t have amount.

MOTHER (O.S.)
Xaina..agi nai xaina vanya haina
talai

Hearing this, father ask him where he is going.

FATHER
Ka jana la?

BIMAL
(in low voice)
Swimming

After this, father takes out wallet and put money in the
table. He make a sound on table indicating Bimal to take that
money.

We see rs 1000 on the table and bimal pick up that money.

FADE OUT.
