I take this privilege to welcome all principals, seniors, PhD scholars and

Nurses positively I will complete the set target of completing one or


two systematic review by July 2023 I expect all of can be determined
to do so.
PROPOSED PLAN FOR FORMULATING
SYSTEMATIC REVIEW TEAM (SRT)
[UNDERSTANDING THAT WORKING TOGETHER WE CAN ACHIEVE DIFFICULT TASK]

Terms and conditions:


1. All the members have to be self-motivated and determined in completion of the
Systematic review.
2. All the work should be mutually contributed.
3. Once the team is formed be sure u continue till end until publication.
4. The contribution of resources work, time, and money should be shared equally or
can be mutual understanding of team members.
5. In case of any team member quit at any point we can consult and take other
members who want to do more work.
6. Each member has to accept and bare the risk of conflict of interest and solve the
issues diplomatically by themselves outside the main group.
7. At all stages I Prof. Prabhu.J.., PhD Scholar, TMU should not be held responsible or
made as mediator of any conflict of interest within the formed team members or the
main group members. I am Just a member of the group.

The above details are to be shared to understand each other and choose to form team for
conducting and publishing systematic review based on the criteria of residence or native,
PhD scholar, expertise, previous experience, working institute/university and others.

STAGE-II: FORMULATING GROUPS/TEAMS:


 Based on the details of each individual interest we can contact each other personally
out of the group and finalize the group/team as companions. (Formulate a separate
watt up group of finalized Team)
 Each team can have at least 2 to 4 as per their wish.
 The finalized team should be shared in the main group (Purpose-so that others will
not contact the finalized members)

STAGE-III: LEARNING THE CONCEPTS OF SYSTEMATIC REVIEW (THEORY & PRACTICAL WITH
AN EXAMPLE PARALLELY)
- Among us we can divide and have sessions on feasible time.
- Those who are experienced can take the sessions online (google/zoom meet)
- If required we can contribute and pay those who take sessions (Not Mandatory)
STAGE-IV: QUESTIONING SESSIONS TO VERIFY EVERYBODY IS CLEAR WITH SYSTEMATIC
REVIEW.
STAGE-V: SCHEDULING THE SYSTEMATIC REVIEW (Setting time of completion step by step)
STAGE-VI: FINALIZING THE TOPIC & SHARING IN MAIN GROUP (So that others will not select that
topic.)

STAGE-VII: REGISTERING & PROCEEDING THE SYSTEMATIC REVIEW.


STAGE-VIII: PRESENTING IN CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL)
STAGE-X: FINALIZING THE JOURNAL & PUBLISHING
Note: During the process of conducting systematic review any doubts and suggestions can
be discussed in the main group or individuals as per their expertise.
